Job Description
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure targets are met.
- Coordinate with department heads to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure resource optimization.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and hospitality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous operational enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications: Bachelors Degree
- Experience: 3-4years of in operations management, especially in travel.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Computer skills and familiarity with travel software.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations.
