Job Description
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Staff Management: Supervise recruitment, training, and performance of staff to maintain high service standards.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven 2-3 years experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within the manpower industry
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in operational software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
