Operation Manager

Job Description

• Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Staff Management: Supervise recruitment, training, and performance of staff to maintain high service standards.
• Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Reporting: Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven  2-3 years experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within the manpower industry
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in operational software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
