Job Description
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity across all aspects of the supply chain and manufacturing processes.
- Manufacturing Management: Oversee manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, inventory
- management, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure seamless flow of materials and products while minimizing lead times and costs.
- Logistics and Distribution: Direct logistics and distribution operations, coordinating transportation, routing, and delivery schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers and distribution channels.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols and standards throughout the production and supply chain processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor operational performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary to drive continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership and Development: Provide strong leadership and direction to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning, while developing talent and succession planning initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and HR, to align operational activities with business objectives, support new product launches, and address customer needs effectively.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the operations function, develop risk mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Job Requirements
- MBA in Operation related Degree
- 15-18 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, and logistics processes in the FMCG sector.
- Flexible and mobility according to company requirements.
- Problem solving and decision making.
