Operation Executive

Job Description

• Oversee and coordinate daily transportation and logistics operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking.
• Manage warehouse activities to ensure accurate inventory, order processing, and timely dispatch.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving service issues.
• Monitor and optimize logistical workflows to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare operational reports and assist in evaluating logistics performance and improvements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics or operations management, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite.
