Job Description
- Maintaining and organizing office hard and soft copy papers and files.
- Answering calls and replaying messages
- Organizing office systems, including filing, data management etc.
- Providing information to callers, greeting persons entering organization and directing individuals to correct destination.
- Managing and keeping records of the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
- Need to travel out of office for various admin related work as required.
- Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment when required
- Assisting other admin staff when required.
- Updating appointment calendars, creating travel vouchers, performing word processing, basic bookeeping, and filing.
- Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office.
Job Requirements
- Candidate with iintermediate ( 10+2) qualification and 6 month to 1 year work experience in realated field Preferred.
- Freshers also can apply.
- Sound knowledge of consumer service practices and principles.
- Good communication skills and professional personal presentation.
- Should be honest, respectful, and trustworthy.
- ability to learn new work
- Ability to follow instructions with minimum supervision
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
- Excellent typing speed, both nepali and english.
