Job Description

Assist in general administrative tasks including documentation, data entry, and filing

Maintain and organize office records and documents

Handle incoming calls and emails professionally

Support staff in scheduling meetings and preparing reports

Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers

Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed

Ensure the office is clean, well-organized, and adequately supplied
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree running or completed

Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
