Job Description

Perform general administrative and office support activities.

Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.

Maintain and organize office files, records, and supplies.

Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Support internal teams with day-to-day tasks and coordination.

Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or running.
- Minimum 1 year in a similar or related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Professional attitude and a team player.
