Job Description

  • Perform general administrative and office support activities.

  • Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.

  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and supplies.

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Support internal teams with day-to-day tasks and coordination.

  • Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree completed or running.
  •  Minimum 1 year in a similar or related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
