MIS Officer

Job Description

• Collect, analyze, and report sales and operational data on a regular basis.

• Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and performance summaries for management.

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all MIS reports.

• Coordinate with different departments to gather required data.

• Use Excel and other tools to create forecasts, track KPIs, and monitor trends.

• Support ERP system data entry and reporting processes.

• Assist in automating reports and optimizing reporting workflows.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field. 
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in MIS roles, particularly in sales data management and operational reporting. 
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel 
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and database management is a plus.
