MIS Officer

Job Description

• Develop and maintain the organization's management information systems.
• Design and implement databases to store and retrieve data efficiently.
• Collect and analyze data to generate reports and insights for decision-making.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within the systems.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide relevant solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization of data management practices.
• Provide training and support to staff on using MIS tools and systems effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in MIS and data management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management or IT.
• Proven 1 year of  experience in FMCG company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
