Job Description
- Managing small project teams to develop, execute and complete assignments
- Organizing team roles and evaluating employee performance
- Documenting operational tasks and reporting to upper-level management
- Performing employee reviews and assessments
- Assist with new employee onboarding and training program
- Ensures proper installation of dealer-installed items is performed before delivery.
- Attends all sales and service meetings as the resource expert on all accessory questions.
- Keeps informed on all products and trends in the market and attends industry events as an ambassador of the dealership.
- Works on service drive contacting customers for sales opportunities.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of work Experience in automobile sector.
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in related field can apply.
- Planning and development of projects
- Making operational and process decisions
- Solving problems creatively
- Organizing and delegating assignments to team members
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
