Job Description

• Managing small project teams to develop, execute and complete assignments
• Organizing team roles and evaluating employee performance
• Documenting operational tasks and reporting to upper-level management
• Performing employee reviews and assessments
• Assist with new employee onboarding and training program
• Ensures proper installation of dealer-installed items is performed before delivery.
• Attends all sales and service meetings as the resource expert on all accessory questions.
• Keeps informed on all products and trends in the market and attends industry events as an ambassador of the dealership.
• Works on service drive contacting customers for sales opportunities.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of work Experience in automobile sector.
• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in related field can apply.
• Planning and development of projects
• Making operational and process decisions
• Solving problems creatively
• Organizing and delegating assignments to team members
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
