Job Description
- Lead and manage day-to-day business operations to ensure organizational objectives are achieved.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and business expansion.
- Oversee procurement activities, supplier relationships, and inventory management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, cooperatives, NGOs, INGOs, government agencies, and institutional clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate team performance to maintain high productivity.
- Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
- Prepare operational, sales, and management reports for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness Management, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of managerial or supervisory experience in Agrovet, Agribusiness, Agricultural Input Supply, or related sectors.
- Proven experience in procurement, sales management, business development, and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural products, inputs, market trends, and distribution channels.
- Experience working with NGOs, INGOs, Cooperatives, Farmers' Groups, Government Bodies, and Institutional Clients will be an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
