Job Description

  • Lead and oversee warehouse operations under the Supply Chain Management Department, ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day functioning across assigned locations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the SCM Head Office and warehouse/store teams through regular site visits and operational reviews.
  • Implement SCM strategies, operational plans, and departmental objectives while ensuring achievement of KPIs and performance targets.
  • Monitor inventory management processes and stock movement to maintain high inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
  • Develop, train, coach, and mentor warehouse personnel to improve operational capability and support succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse standards, operational policies, and best practices across all facilities.
  • Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and productivity enhancement.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Prepare operational reports, performance analyses, and inventory-related documentation for management review.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen warehouse efficiency and service quality.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, or FMCG distribution environments.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control, logistics operations, and supply chain processes.
  • Experience managing large-scale warehouse operations and fast-moving inventory.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and warehouse/inventory management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities effectively.
  • Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a two-wheeler vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel frequently as required by the role.
