Job Description
- Deliver customer orders safely and within the assigned timeframe.
- Use Google Maps and route planning tools for efficient deliveries.
- Verify delivery details and ensure accurate handover of parcels.
- Collect payments or confirm digital transactions when required.
- Maintain professional behavior and provide excellent customer service.
- Update delivery status and records through mobile applications.
- Coordinate with supervisors and operations teams regarding delivery issues.
- Ensure the proper handling and security of parcels during transportation.
- Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and traffic regulations.
- Meet daily delivery targets and performance standards.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SEE/+2 preferred.
- Previous delivery experience is an advantage; fresh candidates may also apply.
- Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Must own a motorcycle/scooter for delivery purposes.
- Good knowledge of local routes and locations.
- Ability to use Google Maps and other navigation applications effectively.
- Basic knowledge of mobile banking and digital payment systems.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physically fit and able to travel extensively within assigned areas.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible work attitude.
