Job Description
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Manage and supervise distributors, sales officers, and field sales teams within the assigned region.
- Drive market expansion and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure effective distribution coverage, product availability, and visibility across assigned territories.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and analyze sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor sales teams to improve productivity and performance.
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments to execute promotional campaigns and business initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a similar position within an FMCG company.
- Proven experience in sales management, distributor handling, and territory development.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Sound knowledge of FMCG market dynamics and distribution channels.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and sales reporting systems.
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned regions.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
