Job Description
- Identify, develop, and acquire new enterprise and corporate customers within assigned territories and industry segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders of assigned customer verticals.
- Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve assigned revenue, acquisition, and business growth targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution consultations.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to design customized solutions and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and pipeline updates through CRM systems and sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up on proposals, contracts, renewals, collections, and customer concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance during customer onboarding and service activation.
- Support customer retention initiatives and identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise Sales, preferably in ISP, Telecommunications, ICT, Technology Solutions, or Banking Solution Sales.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, account management, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate new business opportunities.
- Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Good knowledge of market trends and competitive analysis.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a two-wheeler vehicle.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories for business development activities.
