Junior Technical Specialist

Job Description

• Accurately evaluate and assess the condition and value of pre-owned vehicles.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction.
• Maintain good working relationships with Yatayat (transport authorities) and other stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage documentation related to vehicle assessments.
• Assist in resolving technical queries from clients and internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in automobile valuation or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and pre-owned vehicle evaluation.
• Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills to work effectively with sales and stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
• Strong communication skills in both Nepali and English.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
