Job Description

Handle day-to-day procurement activities including purchase orders, supplier coordination, and documentation.

Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely supply of goods and services.

Assist in monitoring inventory levels, negotiating prices, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing.

Use ERP systems (FACT/SAP) and MS Office to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.

Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies, maintaining high accuracy and integrity.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2–3 years in Procurement (any industry)
- Over 2 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (FACT/SAP preferred).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with high accuracy and integrity.
