Junior MIS Officer

Job Description

• Collaborate with the production management team to understand their information needs and 
• develop appropriate MIS solutions. 
• Assist in the implementation and configuration of production-related software systems, ensuring 
• they are aligned with business requirements. 
• Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for 
• improvement. 
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to management. 
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the production management information systems. 
• Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of MIS tools and systems. 
• Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at streamlining production processes and improving overall efficiency. 
• Stay uptodate with emerging trends and advancements in production management and information systems to propose innovative solutions. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field. 
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in production management or 
• information systems. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets. 
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage. 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.  
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
