Basic Information
Job Description
- Prepare and manage job cards for vehicle servicing and repairs
- Coordinate between service advisors, technicians, and management
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Maintain accurate records of service jobs, parts usage, and labor hours
- Assist in scheduling daily workshop activities
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards
- Support the service team in improving operational efficiency
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Automobile Engineering
- Freshers or candidates with relevant automobile experience are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of automobile systems and workshop operations
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
