Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of assembly line machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system issues.
• Ensure proper functioning of pneumatic tools, electric systems, and plant utilities.
• Monitor and maintain utility systems such as air compressors, power supply systems, and other plant infrastructure.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to minimize machine downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance protocols.
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment when required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in an automobile assembly plant.
• Experience in a 2-wheeler CKD assembly plant is preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of pneumatic tools and systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and plant utilities.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning.
