Senior Technician

Job Description

• Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting using tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and circuit testers
• Repair and maintain household appliances, including heaters, motors, and control systems
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment, replacing faulty components (heating elements, motors, fuses, switches, thermostats)
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce equipment failure and improve performance
• Supervise, guide, and train junior technicians and apprentices
• Maintain service logs, repair documentation, and spare parts inventory
• Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards before delivery
• Communicate technical issues and repair solutions clearly to customers

Job Requirements

• High school diploma with specialized technical/vocational training in electronics or electrical engineering
• 3–5+ years of experience in electronics maintenance or household appliance repair
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, electronic circuits, and appliance components
• Hands-on experience with diagnostic and repair tools
• Proficiency in soldering and use of hand tools
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues efficiently
• Leadership and mentoring skills
• Good communication skills for customer interaction
• Attention to detail and quality assurance
