Quality Engineer

Job Description

• Monitor and maintain quality standards in assembly processes.
• Conduct inspections and testing of materials and finished products.
• Implement and maintain quality control systems and documentation.
• Perform internal quality audits and support external audits.
• Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain proper records.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• 3-6 years of experience in automotive quality control or assembly plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of QC tools (7 QC tools, root cause analysis, etc.).
• Familiarity with inspection instruments and measurement tools.
• Understanding of audit systems and quality standards.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
