Job Description
- Maintain and update financial records and accounting entries
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and ledger management
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
- Manage invoices, billing, and payment tracking
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA or MBA (Finance/Accounting preferred)
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Accounts Executive or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally or similar preferred)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
- Strong communication and organizational skills
