Job Description

  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and daily accounting transactions.
  • Prepare vouchers, invoices, bills, and expense reports accurately.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain proper financial documentation.
  • Support tax, VAT, and audit-related tasks as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial matters.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or Master’s running/completed in Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the accounting field.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of VAT, taxation, and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or similar systems.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
