Job Description
- Maintain and update financial records for multiple companies
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, profit & loss accounts, and balance sheets
- Handle accounting software (Tally) and advanced MS Excel tasks
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, banking transactions, and reconciliations
- Visit banks and offices when required
- Ensure timely tax filing (VAT, TDS, Income Tax) and compliance
- Handle import-related documentation (invoices, BOE, duties)
- Support Director/Management with daily updates, follow-ups, and reporting
- Draft professional emails/letters and perform Nepali typing when required
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professional discipline
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting and administrative roles
- Good command of Nepali typing (Unicode or Preeti)
- Ability to handle multiple company accounts simultaneously
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
