Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in leadership or senior management roles
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in operations management and process optimization
- Ability to make strategic decisions based on data and insights
- Proven ability to manage multiple departments and drive performance
