Job Description

• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company objectives
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance, efficiency, and quality
• Identify areas for process improvement and cost optimization
• Lead, mentor, and manage teams to ensure high performance
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership for strategic planning
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in leadership or senior management roles
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in operations management and process optimization
• Ability to make strategic decisions based on data and insights
• Proven ability to manage multiple departments and drive performance
