Job Description

• Supervise and manage all production activities during assigned shifts.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational objectives are met.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Allocate manpower effectively and ensure optimal workforce utilization.
• Maintain production records, reports, and shift handover documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations.
• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Train, guide, and motivate production staff to improve performance and productivity.
• Monitor material usage and reduce wastage to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: +2 completed; higher qualifications are preferred.
• Proven experience in production supervision or manufacturing operations, preferably in PP woven sack, cement bag, packaging, or related manufacturing industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of production planning and process optimization.
• Understanding of quality control procedures and manufacturing best practices.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts as required.
