Job Description

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries.
  • Maintain records, appointments, and office documentation.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.
  • Manage administrative and clerical tasks efficiently.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents using MS Office tools.
  • Ensure a professional and organized reception area at all times.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk, reception, or administration.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English.
  • Confident, organized, and client-focused personality.
  • Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
