- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries.
- Maintain records, appointments, and office documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.
- Manage administrative and clerical tasks efficiently.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents using MS Office tools.
- Ensure a professional and organized reception area at all times.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk, reception, or administration.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English.
- Confident, organized, and client-focused personality.
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
