Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Introduce and explain company products and services professionally.
- Generate sales leads and maintain regular follow-up with clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate daily call records and customer databases.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Update CRM systems and prepare sales reports regularly.
- Follow company communication scripts and professional guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, or Client Acquisition roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing ability.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude with customer-focused behavior.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Fluent in Nepali and basic English communication.
