Basic Information
Job Description
- Handle warranty claim processing as per company policies
- Inspect and verify vehicle issues for warranty eligibility
- Coordinate with service team and technical department
- Maintain proper documentation of warranty claims and reports
- Communicate with clients regarding warranty procedures and updates
- Monitor and track warranty cases to ensure timely resolution
- Prepare reports related to warranty claims and service performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of automobile systems and servicing
- Ability to handle documentation and reporting efficiently
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
