Service Engineer

Job Description

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair automobile issues efficiently.
• Perform regular vehicle servicing, maintenance, and inspections.
• Ensure all workshop activities comply with standard procedures and safety guidelines.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide technical solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely service delivery.
• Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and trends in the automobile industry.
• Support overall workshop operations and service quality improvement.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the automobile/service industry
• Strong technical knowledge of automobile systems, diagnostics, and repair
• Good understanding of workshop norms, procedures, and service operations
• Familiarity with modern tools, equipment, and servicing techniques
• Knowledge of customer preferences and current trends in the automobile industry
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Willingness to work in a dynamic workshop environment
