Job Description
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction and interior projects.
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
- Prepare and verify BOQs, material estimates, and project costs.
- Prepare, review, and certify running bills and project-related documentation.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Maintain project reports, records, and progress documentation.
- Optimize the utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Resolve site issues and ensure timely project completion.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in construction, interior projects, and site management.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, billing, and cost estimation.
- Experience in project planning, execution, and resource management.
- Familiarity with construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong reporting, documentation, and organizational skills.
