Job Description
- Achieving business plan targets whilst maximizing profits at the desired margin.
- Initiate and develop strong business relationships with key decision-makers among the all trade accounts and provide high standard of customer service continually.
- Evaluate key opportunities to develop account objectives to achieve sales, margins, and market penetration.
- Recommend and implement strategies and tactics that contribute to the development and successful execution of Trade Channel adoption of Client products
- Coordinate with marketing team to align marketing strategies relative to trade customer opportunities
- Ensuring payment terms are adhered to by trade customers and follow up of payments.
- Lead training, development, coaching for the sales team.
- Leading the sales and marketing teams to increase overall revenue, GP and debtor days’ performance for the modern and traditional trade channels.
- Managing teamwork between sales, marketing, production, dispatch and transport departments to ensure end goals are met.
- Driving overall company targets and visions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in same level of Modern Trade management in FMCG field.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant field.
- Good knowledge of Markets.
- Good project management skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and Team Management skills.
- Good and effective communication and negotiation skills, leadership.
- Proactive and team player.
- Decision making oriented & able to quickly react to changing environment.
- Able to communicate at different organization levels.
- Good English communication is a plus.
