Job Description

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing information, taking messages, and routing calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image at all times.
  • Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, filing, photocopying, and faxing.
  • Coordinate and maintain records of visitors and staff entry and exit.
  • Provide general administrative support to different departments as needed.
  • Handle inquiries and requests from clients and employees, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's complete 
  • Experience: minimum 2 years of experience in Front Desk.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
