Job Description
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing information, taking messages, and routing calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image at all times.
- Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Coordinate and maintain records of visitors and staff entry and exit.
- Provide general administrative support to different departments as needed.
- Handle inquiries and requests from clients and employees, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's complete
- Experience: minimum 2 years of experience in Front Desk.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
