Job Description
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Chairman
- Handle confidential information and official documents with professionalism
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and executive schedules efficiently
- Manage communication flow between the Executive Chairman and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintain and organize official records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure smooth day-to-day executive and office operations
- Prepare meeting schedules, agendas, and minutes of meetings
- Support internal communication and follow-up on assigned tasks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree completed
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in front desk, administration, or executive support roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficient in MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Extensive knowledge and practical use of Microsoft Teams
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
- Positive learning attitude and problem-solving skills
