Job Description

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Chairman
  • Handle confidential information and official documents with professionalism
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and executive schedules efficiently
  • Manage communication flow between the Executive Chairman and internal/external stakeholders
  • Maintain and organize official records, reports, and documentation
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day executive and office operations
  • Prepare meeting schedules, agendas, and minutes of meetings
  • Support internal communication and follow-up on assigned tasks

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree completed
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in front desk, administration, or executive support roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficient in MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Extensive knowledge and practical use of Microsoft Teams
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
  • Positive learning attitude and problem-solving skills
