Basic Information
Job Description
-
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
-
Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
-
Handle daily administrative tasks such as managing appointments, emails, and documentation
-
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
-
Coordinate with internal departments and provide support as required
-
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling courier services
-
Ensure office supplies and reception materials are well-stocked
Job Requirements
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s running.
- 2-4 years of prior experience in the Trading or Manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills
