Job Description

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner

  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately

  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as managing appointments, emails, and documentation

  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area

  • Coordinate with internal departments and provide support as required

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling courier services

  • Ensure office supplies and reception materials are well-stocked

Job Requirements

  • Intermediate or Bachelor’s running.
  • 2-4 years of prior experience in the Trading or Manufacturing industry.
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills
