Job Description
- Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
- Support onboarding activities and employee documentation.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
- Help in organizing training programs and company events.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in electrical Engineer
- Experience: 5years of experience in electrical maintenance within an FMCG manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience.
- Experience with PLC/DCS systems and automation technologies is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software
