Job Description

Manage and supervise dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of products.

Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, gate passes, and delivery challans.

Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and logistics teams for order fulfillment.

Maintain accurate dispatch records and update inventory status.

Monitor transport schedules and track shipments.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Resolve delivery issues and customer complaints promptly.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelors Degree
- Experience: 3-4 years in dispatch in manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of logistics, transportation management, and inventory control principles.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
