Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in finance, accounting or related field.
- MBA advantageous.
- Atleast 2-3 years of experience in related field.
- Results driven.
- Plan and oversee in store promotional events or displays.
- Organize and maintain store merchandise according to layout plan.
- Motivate team member and enabling them to perfom best.
- Achievement of assigned revenue target.
- Ahieving retail KPI targets for teh assigned category.
- Mathematical and statistical aptitude.
- Self-motivated and confident.
- Highly organized and diligent.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
