Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in finance, accounting or related field.

• Atleast 2-3 years of experience in related field.

• Plan and oversee in store promotional events or displays.
• Organize and maintain store merchandise according to layout plan.
• Motivate team member and enabling them to perfom best.
• Achievement of assigned revenue target.
• Ahieving retail KPI targets for teh assigned category.
• Mathematical and statistical aptitude.
• Self-motivated and confident.
• Highly organized and diligent.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
