Basic Information
Job Description
- Manage and expand the dealer network to increase market coverage.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.
- Set sales targets for dealers and monitor their performance.
- Provide training and support to dealer teams on product knowledge and sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards across the network.
- Analyze market trends and provide feedback for product improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in dealer network management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel and manage multiple dealer locations.
