Basic Information
Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Assist clients in selecting software solutions.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Resolve complaints and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: Minimum 1year of sales experience in Software company
- Proven track record in software sales, preferably in the sector.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation software.
