- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer queries and issues, providing timely solutions.
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineer
- 2-3 years of experience preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Manager or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and build strong connections.
