Basic Information
Job Description
-
Conduct credit assessments and evaluate loan applications
-
Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely repayments
-
Follow up on overdue payments and initiate recovery processes
-
Maintain proper documentation of credit and recovery activities
-
Coordinate with internal teams for resolving payment issues
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in credit control or recovery - preferably in the Automobile industry.
- Strong knowledge of receivables management, legal Recovery processes, and credit risk management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ ERP systems.
