Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create, plan, and manage monthly content calendars across multiple digital platforms.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content publishing, community engagement, and audience interaction.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Coordinate with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify new content opportunities.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Analyze campaign insights and optimize content strategies based on performance data.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and communication channels.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content planning, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Candidates with proven experience in developing and managing digital content strategies are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and other social media management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) and video content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Strong creativity, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and interpret digital marketing metrics.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
