Consumer Executive

Job Description

• Execute sales activities and achieve assigned targets within the territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers
• Ensure product availability, proper stock levels, and visibility in outlets
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback
• Implement promotional activities and schemes effectively
• Ensure timely order collection and coordination with the distribution team
• Maintain daily sales reports and documentation

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed (Business/Marketing preferred)
• 2–3 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of local market and territory handling
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
• Must own a bike with a valid driving license
• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned locations
