Job Description

  • The Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure that [Company Name] complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify and address potential areas of non-compliance.
  • Provide compliance training to employees and ensure that they understand their compliance obligations.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations and update compliance programs accordingly.
  • Investigate and respond to compliance issues, complaints, and violations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that compliance requirements are integrated into business processes.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with regulatory agencies and other stakeholders.
     

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
