Job Description
- Develop and implement the commercial strategy, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Lead the negotiation of contracts with clients and suppliers, securing the best possible terms for the company.
- Manage the commercial team, providing coaching and ensuring they deliver excellent results.
- Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on commercial performance to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a commercial management role.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and profitability.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient -in Microsoft Office Suite and commercial management software.
