Job Description

  • Regular Client follow-up for Service & other updates via call, SMS, email, etc.
  • Customer Complaint handling and coordination required
  • Regular follow-up to clients for Annual Maintenance Contract(AMC) related issues
  • Technician Report Compilation
  • A regular visit to Customers for AMC & Service related issues
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicating with customers through various channels such as social media sites, telephone queries, messages, etc.
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Proper documentation skills required
  • Take up other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • Must own Two wheeler vehicle with a valid driving license
  • Excellent time management skills and prioritization of workload
  • Knowledge of office management
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Willingness to Travel
  • Ability to work well under pressure
