Job Description
- Regular Client follow-up for Service & other updates via call, SMS, email, etc.
- Customer Complaint handling and coordination required
- Regular follow-up to clients for Annual Maintenance Contract(AMC) related issues
- Technician Report Compilation
- A regular visit to Customers for AMC & Service related issues
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers through various channels such as social media sites, telephone queries, messages, etc.
- Keep updated records and files
- Proper documentation skills required
- Take up other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- Must own Two wheeler vehicle with a valid driving license
- Excellent time management skills and prioritization of workload
- Knowledge of office management
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
- Willingness to Travel
- Ability to work well under pressure
