Job Description
- Ensure all operations are carried on in and appropriate, cost effective way
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvement
- Lead the development of all projects
- Oversee the acquisition and sale of properties, coordinate the due diligence process, and ensure all documents are in compliance with local and federal regulations
- Manage the financial performance of all projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Analyze market trends, demographics, and competition to identify opportunities for growth
- Design and implement strategies for increasing occupancy and revenue
- Prepare and monitor reports on project progress and financial performance
- Create and implement business strategies, manage budgets, oversee sales and marketing activities, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Supervise, monitor and audit activities of all staff
Job Requirements
- Minimun 5-6 yrs of experience as COO or Operation Manager in real estate business.
- Working knowledge of Flow Chart Monitoring Sheets, Checklist, Performance Management Sheet.
- Masters in Business Administration, Management or related feld.
- Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
