Job Description

Oversee and manage all operational activities of the construction company
Lead planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within deadlines and budgets
Supervise project bidding, tender preparation, and contract negotiations
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
Monitor quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance with legal requirements
Develop operational strategies, budgets, and reporting systems
Guide and mentor staff to improve productivity and performance

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
10–15 years of progressive experience in construction operations management
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, bidding, and community regulations
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
